What to include in a message

Write to us about:

• questions about how ratings work
• bug reports (tell us your browser and device, and don't attach face photos)
• privacy questions or requests
• reports of misuse, such as photos of someone uploaded without their consent

Past ratings and progress history

We never store your photos, so we can't look up a photo or a past image. Reports are saved to your Google-linked account as text and numbers, and you can reopen them from your account page. Your progress history lives only in your browser; you can manage it on the /progress page.
