"Am I pretty?" is a question a single photo can only partly answer. This tool reads one front photo of you, gives a score and a tier, and describes what it noticed around the eyes, midface, jaw and skin. It opens with the Women theme, and the Men / Women switch next to the upload box changes it. You must be 18 or older, and the photo has to be of you.

How pretty am I? What an Am I pretty test measures

When people ask how pretty am I, they usually mean three different things: how a stranger would react, how the face compares with a standard, and whether the picture is flattering. An Am I pretty test can speak to the second and third, and only for the image you upload. It cannot judge your voice, humor or the way you look in motion. Treat the result as a structured second opinion on one picture, not a final verdict.

The report uses the 0–8 psl scale and shows an approximate 1–10 number beside it. The attractiveness scale guide explains how the two relate. On this prettiness scale, 4 is the middle and most results fall between 3 and 5, so a score in that range is ordinary, not a bad result.

Am I pretty test: how to take the photo

Most unfair results come from the photo, not the face. Stand facing a window so the light falls evenly on both cheeks, and avoid a ceiling light that casts shadows under the eyes. Hold the phone at eye level at arm's length, or prop it on a shelf and use the timer. A phone held close enlarges the nose and shrinks the ears, so the test would read a different face from the one friends see.

Keep a relaxed, neutral expression or a small smile, pull hair back from the forehead, and take off glasses and filters. One face only, looking at the lens. For more detail on setup, read how to take a photo for rating. A warning about blur, tilt or shadow means that part of the result is less reliable.

Am I beautiful or good looking? Reading your result

If your real question is "am I beautiful," start with the tier name. The 4.5 to 5.5 band is HTN or HTB, described on this site as clearly good-looking; 5.5 to 6.5 is Chadlite or Stacylite, described as very attractive. The labels are community slang, covered in the looksmaxing scale guide, and no official body defines them.

If you are asking "am I good looking" as a man, or "am I handsome," switch to the Men theme before you submit. The scale stays the same; the theme sets which tier names and report wording you see. Then read the feature comments before the number. A note such as "eye area reads open and balanced" tells you something you can check in the photo, while a decimal alone tells you very little.

Which tool to use when you ask Am I pretty

Use this page when you want a written opinion on your face from one photo. Use a free browser tool when you want a single measurement, such as the face shape detector for your outline or facial harmony for several ratios at once. Those run in your browser and use no credits. The attractiveness test page runs the same rating as this one, so you only need one of them.

Before you submit, check three things. The photo should show only you. It should be a front view with your whole face in frame. It should be recent enough to look like you today. An optional side photo adds profile notes, but it does not change the front-photo score.

What to do with the answer

After an Am I pretty test, take a second photo in similar light a few days later. If both results mention the same feature, that comment deserves attention; if they disagree, the lighting or angle probably changed. Small, reversible choices are the useful next step: a haircut chosen with the haircut depending on face shape guide, beard shapes that suit your jaw, or glasses for face shape that balance your outline.

A score is entertainment and self-reflection, not a medical or psychological assessment. If checking photos starts to take over your day, or you feel worse about your face after each result, stop and talk to someone you trust or a health professional.

Am I pretty FAQ

Is this Am I pretty test free?

Each Google account gets one free rating. After that a rating uses 1 credit. A rating that fails or is refused is not charged.

How accurate is an Am I pretty test from a photo?

It describes one image under the lighting and angle you chose. Two photos of the same person can score differently, so compare only photos taken the same way.

Can men use this Am I pretty test too?

Yes. Switch to the Men theme before submitting and the report uses it.

Do you keep my photo?

To create the report we send your photo to a third-party AI provider, which processes it during that request. We do not save it on our servers or in logs.

Why did two photos of me get different scores?

Lens distance, light direction, expression and hair all change what the camera shows. Even a small head tilt can change the jaw and nose.

Does a high score settle the question?

No. Attractiveness depends on people, culture and context. The number describes a photo on a scale, nothing more.

Am I hot or cute? Are those different questions?

They describe different impressions. "Cute" usually points to soft features and a warm expression, "hot" leans on styling and confidence, and "pretty" is closest to facial harmony. An Am I pretty test rates only the face in the photo, so expression and styling change the first two words more than the score.

Is my face card valid?

"Face card" is slang for whether your face alone makes a strong first impression. An Am I pretty test answers the photo part: HTN or HTB (PSL 4.5 to 5.5) reads as clearly good-looking on this site, while MTN or MTB is the ordinary middle.
