Terms of Use

These terms govern your use of PSL Rating at https://pslrating.me (the "Service"). By using the Service, you agree to them. If you don't agree, please don't use the Service.

The Service is operated by an independent developer under the name "PSL Rating" ("we", "us"). You can reach us at support@pslrating.me.

1. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old to use the Service. Every photo goes through an automated age check. Photos that appear to show a minor, or where age can't be confirmed, are refused and no rating is returned. The check is automated and may make mistakes; it does not change the rule that the Service is for adults only.

2. Your photos

  • Upload only photos of yourself, or of another adult who has given you clear permission to upload their photo for this purpose.
  • You confirm you have the right to upload each photo you submit.
  • You keep any rights you have in your photos. You allow us and our providers to process each photo only to produce your rating and the age check, as described in our Privacy Policy.

3. Acceptable use

You agree to follow our Acceptable Use Policy, which sets out the content standards, moderation, reporting channel (support@pslrating.me), enforcement and appeals in full. In summary, you may not use the service for any of these six categories of content:

  • sexual or NSFW content, including nude or sexualised images;
  • violence or gore;
  • hate speech, harassment, bullying or shaming of anyone;
  • child sexual abuse material or any unsafe content involving minors, including uploading a photo of anyone under 18 or trying to get around the age check;
  • deepfakes or impersonation of real people, including passing an AI preview off as a real photo or removing its AI label;
  • content that infringes copyright or trademarks, or anyone's privacy or publicity rights.

You also agree not to upload photos of anyone else without their consent, or photos of celebrities or public figures; to try to get around the daily limits (for example by rotating devices, IP addresses or device IDs) or use bots, scripts or automated requests; or to interfere with, overload, probe or reverse-engineer the Service, or resell or redistribute it.

Uploads are checked by an automated age check, previews are generated from fixed instructions and checked again before you see them, and reports are reviewed by a person. We may refuse requests, stop generating content, suspend accounts (a suspended account can still log in but cannot rate, create previews or buy) and report unlawful content to the authorities. You can appeal within 14 days of our notice.

4. Entertainment and self-improvement only

Ratings are AI estimates. They can be wrong, can vary between photos of the same person, and may reflect biases in the AI model. They are not a judgment of your worth.

Nothing on the Service is medical, psychological or other professional advice. Suggestions that mention fillers, surgery or other procedures are general information only. Consult a qualified professional before making any decision about your health or appearance.

5. Free ratings and limits

Rating a photo needs a Google account. Each person gets one free rating for life (not per day), counted per account, per device and per browser. Once it is used, each rating costs 1 credit, charged only when the rating succeeds; a rating paid with a credit comes with its full report unlocked. For abuse prevention, free ratings are also limited per IP address per day, and any account has a daily cap on ratings. We may pause ratings for everyone when a site-wide daily budget is reached. Using several accounts, devices or browsers to collect more free ratings is not allowed, and we may refuse those ratings. The photo age calculator needs no account and is limited to 3 uses per day per device and IP address. We may change these limits at any time without notice.

6. Accounts

You must sign in with Google to rate a photo, to use the free rating and to buy credits. You are responsible for activity under your account. You can delete your account at any time from the account page; this deletes your saved reports and any unused credits, which are not refunded.

7. Paid reports and credits

  • Credits are sold in packs: one credit pays for one rating after your free ones, or unlocks one full report. A rating paid with a credit includes its full report. Prices are shown on the pricing page and include applicable taxes.
  • Payments are processed by Waffo, our merchant of record, under its own terms. Waffo handles the payment, applicable taxes and your receipt.
  • Credits are added after payment is confirmed, have no cash value, cannot be transferred, and do not expire while your account exists.
  • A full report is a digital product delivered when its paid sections unlock. Refunds follow our refund policy. If a payment is refunded or disputed, the credits from that order are removed as described there; reports already unlocked stay available.
  • Style previews in a full report are AI-generated illustrations of grooming changes (hair, frames, facial hair or brows, skin), made by Google Nano Banana through kie.ai, labelled "AI-generated preview" and checked automatically before you see them. Downloaded images carry a small "AI preview" mark; please don't remove it or present a preview as a real photo. They are not a promise of real results, and each report includes a limited number of previews and retries. Only upload a photo of yourself for previews.
  • We may change prices for future purchases. Credits you already bought keep their value.

8. Availability and changes to the Service

The Service relies on third-party providers (including Cloudflare, kie.ai and Google). We may change, suspend or discontinue any part of it at any time, and it may be unavailable from time to time.

9. No warranties

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including warranties of accuracy, fitness for a particular purpose, merchantability and non-infringement, to the extent permitted by law. We don't promise that ratings will be accurate, consistent or suitable for any purpose.

10. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, we will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, or for any loss arising from your use of, or reliance on, the Service or any rating. Our total liability for any claim relating to the Service is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim, or US$20 if that is greater, to the maximum extent the law allows.

Some jurisdictions don't allow certain warranty exclusions or liability limits, so parts of these sections may not apply to you. Nothing in these terms limits rights you have under consumer protection law that can't be waived.

11. Intellectual property

The Service, including its design, text and code, belongs to us or our licensors. You may use it for your own personal, non-commercial purposes in line with these terms.

12. Privacy

Our Privacy Policy explains how we handle your data, including photos and biometric information.

13. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms. We'll post the new version here and update the effective date. If you keep using the Service after a change, you accept the updated terms.

14. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, United States, without regard to its conflict-of-law rules. Any dispute arising from these terms or the Service will be brought in the state or federal courts located in Delaware, unless the law where you live gives you the right to bring it elsewhere.
